LONG-LIFE TORSION SPRINGS – PRICE VARIES

Our torsion springs are rated from 7X up to 20X compared to industry standard springs.  Please investigate the difference between our springs vs. any other springs on the market.

BROKEN GARAGE DOOR SPRINGS – $299 15YR, $499 LIFETIME WARRANTY

The industry standard for garage door springs have a rating of ten thousand openings.  If the doors only open once in the morning and once in the evening 365 times in a year, then springs would last about 13.7 years. More typically there will be 2 people in the household so the door is opening double that, which is equal to 6.85 years. Springs rated over 25 thousand openings are considered “lifetime springs”. Typically, most companies sell springs that have 30,000 openings and give them “lifetime” warranties, which are usually sold for more than $600. If they were to break again, they then charge an additional $300 for labour.

Our springs are rated for at least 70,000 openings for the standard 7′ high door. This equates to 51.4 years for 4 openings per day. We give a 15 year warranty for these springs that have a greater than 75,000 openings. If you want springs that we will warrant for the lifetime, we use springs that use approximately 200,000 cycle, which calculates to 137 years for 2 people. This will probably last longer than the entire house itself. Installation is included in the above prices, but not HST.

WALL MOUNTED GARAGE DOOR OPENERS – $699

DC battery backup wall mount Wi-fi garage door opener.  The LiftMaster 8500W is mounted near the ceiling on the wall next to the garage door.  It features battery backup in case of power failure and an automatic deadbolt lock.  Also, it features a smartphone application which functions as a remote control, allowing opening and closing of the door. Installation is included in the above prices, but not HST.

GERMAN GARAGE DOOR OPENERS – $599

The highest quality German garage door opener from the largest manufacturer in Europe. Featuring extremely quiet DC motor, a secure lock with built in strike plate and latch, sleek rail fully enclosing automatically tensioning mechanism for maintenance free ownership, and Aramid Fibre reinforced belt. Installation is an additional $125.

BROKEN GARAGE DOORS – $ VARIES

We repair all aspects of broken garage doors and openers from a door falling out of the tracks to stripped out garage door opener plastic gears. Call for an approximate estimate for your specific problem.

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE PLAN – $80

Be proactive and save wear and tear on your garage door and opener system by subscribing to our reduced priced annual maintenance plan.  Particularly useful for elderly and landlords. lubricate, balance, and tune up. Includes over 73 checkpoints for your door and operator.

WEATHERSTRIPPING AND WEATHER SEALS – $ DEPENDS UPON LENGTH

Save energy and money by ensuring your openings are sealed and tight. Our top and sides weatherstripping features double vinyl flaps instead of the industry standard of only one flap.

BROKEN CABLES – $145

Cables often break or become frayed, as they are under very high tension.  It is highly necessary to have a professional do this job for safety’s sake.

GENERAL SERVICE CALL – $110

This is our labour charge for a general service call, whatever parts are required to effect the repair will be an additional charge.
